This Privacy Policy explains how the Orbix 360° mobile application ("Orbix 360°", "the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app. By downloading or using Orbix 360°, you agree to the practices described here.

In short: We do not sell your personal data, and Orbix 360° does not show third-party advertising. We collect only what is needed to run the app, process subscriptions through Google Play, and improve the experience.

1. Information we collect

Device & technical information — such as device model, operating-system version, language, and general app diagnostics used to keep the app working correctly.
Usage & analytics data — anonymous or pseudonymous events (for example, which videos or screens are opened) used to understand and improve the app.
Purchase & subscription information — when you buy a subscription, Google Play processes the payment and provides us with your subscription status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Support communications — if you contact support, we receive the email address and message content you send us.
App preferences — settings such as onboarding completion and viewing mode are stored locally on your device.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the app, stream video content, and remember your preferences.
To process, validate, and restore subscriptions through Google Play Billing.
To analyze usage and improve performance, reliability, and content.
To respond to support requests and communicate important service information.

3. Third-party services

Orbix 360° relies on trusted third-party services that may process limited data under their own privacy policies:

Google Play Services & Google Play Billing — app distribution and subscription payments.
Analytics providers — to measure app usage and performance.
Content delivery network (CDN) — to stream video and image content to your device.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above as needed to operate the app, or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the app and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Preferences stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

Orbix 360° is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Some content, such as the Horror category, is intended for older audiences per the app's content rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Google Play.

9. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the app, you consent to such processing in accordance with this policy.
