Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Orbix 360° mobile application ("Orbix 360°", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Orbix 360° on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Orbix 360° is free to download. Unlimited access to the full video library requires an Orbix 360° PRO subscription, offered on a weekly or yearly basis.
• Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's policies. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) copy, record, redistribute, or publicly perform content from the app; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code or media; (c) circumvent access controls or subscription requirements; or (d) use the app in any unlawful manner or in violation of these Terms.

4. Content

All video, imagery, trademarks, and other materials in the app are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The library may change over time, and specific content may be added or removed without notice. Some content is intended for mature audiences per the app's content rating.

5. Third-party services and content

The app relies on third-party services (such as Google Play and content-delivery networks) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third parties.

6. Disclaimers

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use a VR headset responsibly and stop if you feel discomfort.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
